Money-back guarantee

Lifetime access · MX$6,499 one time

Your lifetime course purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. There are no recurring charges.

Annual membership · MX$4,999 per year

Your initial annual membership payment has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Membership renews automatically each year at MX$4,999 until canceled. Cancel renewal from your account’s billing settings. The guarantee applies to the initial purchase, not later renewals.

How to request a refund

If the course isn’t right for you, contact us within your plan’s guarantee period for a full refund to your original payment method. Include your account email and, if available, your receipt. You don’t need to explain why.

Course access ends when a guarantee refund is processed. For an annual guarantee refund, renewal is also canceled so there are no future charges.

Giveaway winners

A giveaway refund is separate: winners receive their purchase refund and keep the free access they won. The purchase guarantee deadline does not limit a winner’s giveaway refund.
